You can choose the date when you place your order and the bouquet will be delivered on that day, unless a product or delivery slot is unavailable, in which case our customer care team will contact you to arrange a new date. If you do not choose a date, delivery will be made within 48 hours to the address given.<\/p>\n\n<h2>How can I follow my order?<\/h2>\n<p>Once your order and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email. For any question about your delivery, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:hello@thebouquet.pt\">hello@thebouquet.pt<\/a> or by phone on <a href=\"tel:+351927974468\">+351 927 974 468<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Delays caused by the courier may occur, especially on busy dates such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, which are beyond The Bouquet's control.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Weekend deliveries<\/h2>\n<p>We also deliver on Saturdays and Sundays across Greater Porto, under the same conditions as on weekdays.<\/p>\n\n<h2>What if nobody is at the delivery address?<\/h2>\n<p>We want every order to reach its destination and do everything we can to make sure it does. If nobody is at the delivery address, we contact you to see whether you would like to reschedule. More than two delivery attempts may incur additional costs.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>An order can only be cancelled if the flowers have not yet been delivered and delivery is not already under way. To cancel, email <a href=\"mailto:hello@thebouquet.pt\">hello@thebouquet.pt<\/a> with the subject \u201cOrder Cancellation No. 00000\u201d or call our customer line.
