Orders placed and paid by 1:00 pm Portugal time are delivered the same day in Greater Porto, from Monday to Sunday, between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm. Orders placed later are delivered the following day, or on the date you choose.

Our own team delivers every day in Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia, Gondomar, Valongo and Espinho, and in the surrounding municipalities of the Porto district. Ordering from the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland or the Emirates works exactly as it does from Portugal. It takes four steps:
- Choose the flowers. Rose bouquets, rose boxes, wildflower bouquets or preserved roses that last for months.
- Enter your details and the recipient’s. Your billing address can be in any country. Under “Deliver to a different address?”, enter the address in Portugal and the recipient’s phone number, so we can reach them if needed.
- Write your message. Add it in the order notes and we will include it with the flowers.
- Pay securely. Credit and debit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. Prices are in euros; your bank converts the amount automatically.

Can I order flowers to Portugal from the USA, the UK, Ireland or Dubai?
Yes. You can pay with a card or PayPal issued in any country and use a billing address abroad. Only the delivery address needs to be in Portugal.
What is the deadline for same-day delivery?
1:00 pm Portugal time, for orders placed and paid by then, for addresses in Greater Porto. Portugal is on the same time as Ireland and the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee depends on the address and on whether you choose same-day delivery. It is shown at checkout, before you pay.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
We contact you to arrange a new delivery. That is why the recipient’s phone number is important. More than two delivery attempts may carry an additional cost.
Can you deliver to a hotel in Porto?
Yes. Enter the hotel’s name and address, and the guest’s full name. We deliver to the reception.
