Planning a surprise on a trip to Porto, celebrating an anniversary away from home or welcoming friends who are arriving in the city? The Bouquet is a local florist based in Vila Nova de Gaia, just across the river from Porto. We prepare every bouquet in our own atelier and deliver it with our own team, so you can order from your phone and have the flowers waiting at the reception or at the door.

How hotel and apartment delivery works
- Choose the flowers below or in the shop.
- Enter the delivery address. For a hotel, give the hotel name and address and the guest’s full name as it appears on the booking. We deliver to the reception. For an apartment or Airbnb, add the door or flat number and a phone number we can call on arrival.
- Write your message in the order notes. We write it by hand on the card, and the card can go without your name if it is a surprise.
- Pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer. Your billing address can be in any country.
Same-day delivery in Porto
- Order and pay by 1:00 pm Portugal time for delivery the same day, Monday to Sunday, between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm.
- Choose a date if you are planning ahead, for example the day you check in.
- €20 for same-day delivery, €15 for delivery in 24 to 48 hours in Porto. The exact fee is shown at checkout.
- The recipient never sees the price. On request, we send you a photo of the bouquet.

Can you deliver flowers to my hotel room?
We deliver to the reception and the hotel takes the flowers to the room. Give us the guest’s full name and, if you know it, the check-in date.
What if the guest has not checked in yet?
Hotels usually keep deliveries at the reception until the guest arrives. If you are unsure, choose the check-in date as the delivery date.
Can I order from my phone while I am in Porto?
Yes. The shop works on any phone, and you can also message us on WhatsApp at +351 927 974 468 if you prefer to order by chat.
Where do you deliver?
Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia, Gondomar, Valongo and Espinho, and the surrounding municipalities of the Porto district.
